The only reason why they sent it out was because I had to send them a message a week after they were suppose to ship it. Then they blamed it on a holiday that hasn’t even passed yet. Then the day after i notified them they decided to make the label and take it to the post office. They pins were what I wanted but they didn’t have to lie about it. There have been occasional delays at that location, and the printing department informed me this may have been due to the holiday—a message I had relayed to you.
