The plane was well packed in a very strong double-layered corrugated carton. The plane itself was wrapped in almost 22 feet of heavy-duty bubble wrap, covering the plane with 8 layers of protection. Could have possibly used more padding between this bundle and the inside of the carton, but the plane arrived in excellent condition.
