It gives u ideas & on how to prepare & cook differently
The cookbook offered many ideas using the George Forman! I always buy this product bc it does such a great cooking job

Mom was very happy!
My mom wanted a George Foreman Grill. Found it at 2nd hand store without cookbook so this was a great deal since my mom was very happy!
