The insoles you can see a little wear but that happens easily the soles of the shoe however are literally perfect. Seller accepted my offer & gave me these at a really great price. Which I am so grateful for because I’ve wanted these for so long. They were packaged with care and the shipping was incredibly fast. I would 100% buy from this seller again. Highly recommend!"

They were packaged poorly, loose in a non-padded bag with no protection, which was cut/damaged in shipping and stuffed all folded over into my mailbox. Luckily the boots were not damaged but I strongly recommend better packaging to avoid issues in the future. They are gorgeous boots and my daughter loves them!
