For those who are true Godzilla fans
Godzilla is a guilty pleasure of mine. I started during what they call the Showa era with my mom taking me to the drive-in and seeing the American version of Mothra vs Godzilla which was called Godzilla vs The Thing. Then I was able to see a few others on the big screen after that including this one, King Kong vs Godzilla. I remember seeing the fights and really enjoying the action. It was only later when I was an adult the look of Kong was laughable as well as some of the human stories. But I still like it for the nostalgia factor. I've also become discerning in that I like to watch the original Japanese movies in widescreen and subtitles. Plus being able to see the true Japanese version with subtle changes from previously released DVD's was good and became a part of my Godzilla library.

Only if your a fan
If your a fan of King Kong vs Godzilla then I don’t see why you wouldn’t want this. Video quality isn’t great sure but at least you can see the Japanese version of it and some special features. If only those features were in English subtitle

"It is even more Comical now"
I had viewed this movie at the theater along time ago as a schoolboy and it is much more funnier to view as an Adult. The Japanese do have a knack for comedy, especially in their actors. AND how the TOY cars, tanks, and other special effects were in the EARLY stages of TODAY'S TECHNOGOLOGY is something..

Mega Monsters Big Hit
Our young grandson is infatuated with Godzilla. But when he got this Godzilla vs King Kong movie, he was more than thrilled with the DVD and plays it every day. We got a great deal on the dvd, it arrived securely packaged and quickly. These movies are hard to find so thanks for carrying these oldie but goodies.

Excellent DVD
Very happy with the original version of this film, with the original score. With English subtitles, it is a superior version to the US edit of the film dubbed in English. Also pleased that, while many releases of kaiju films do not have a scene select on the disc, this does have that option. A welcome addition to the collection.

Childhood memories revisited
I bought this movie to surprise my mom. We used to look for King Kong and Godzilla on the weekends. My mom loved them as much as I did. I got my movie in a few short days. I’m very pleased.

Remembering my younger days
My grandchildren and I loved the movie it reminds me of when I was young watching it with my dad. And now lol I am doing it with my grandkids.

Hard to watch...
The acting-The monsters-the special effects-I watched 15 minutes and that was all I could take. I don't watch cartoons, but I would rather watch cartoons than this...I can't believe someone would actually put this out for the public to see and put their name on it...

It's so hokey but still so charming!
I remember when I saw this movie as a child and loved it then. Now that I'm much, much older I find myself still loving this movie. It's so hokey that's what makes it still so charming to me. Watching King Kong rip up a tree and brush Godzilla's teeth with it is the best part of the movie. I still laugh at that seen in the movie!
