Most important , it make a good pot of coffee quickly and it also looks good and fits my space.
After narrowing my choices to 2, this is the one I chose. I wish it had a choice to keep warm longer (2 to 4 hours instead of just 2) but I decided that I could live without that, and I wish that it had a clean cycle. However, it brews quickly and the coffee tastes good. The price was right also. I have not yet used the single cup brew so I cannot speak about that function. That is something I will use only once in a while, mostly during winter, but I wanted to have this option. A very impressive brewer at a very reasonable price!
I purchased this brewer to replace a 6 year old Bunn brewer that was failing to heat the water to proper brewing temperature. While the FlexBrew can't make a pot with the speed of my old Bunn, it is well worth the extra wait time as this machine makes a excellent pot of coffee. Also the single-serve "K-cup" feature is great for when making a pot of coffee just isn't practical. I love this brewer so much that I might be purchasing one for my office! Hamilton Beach Flex brew single use coffee maker.
I m doing this review early . I had this product x 2 yrs and it malfunction Ed so this is new purchase on favorite . Once received will packed . I washed each piece and made myself a well deserved cup of coffee . The coffee had minimal product scarring nothing big. It came manual and warranty info along with purchase receipt.

Nice versatile coffee maker........
A nice-looking coffee maker that looks good sitting on the counter. I have not made coffee in the single serve side as of yet. The only complaint I have is with the slow brewing of a pot of coffee. It takes 8 -10 minutes for a pot to brew.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Nice improvement over previous designs.
No more ruined single coffee pods now. Design changes have fixed that issue. Now make either a full 12-cup pot or a single mug with no fuss or waste. I'm sorry I put up with the previous generation for so many years and wasted pods. This is the coffee maker I've wanted. Simple, intuitive, efficient. Be aware that there seems to be right-hand and left-hand models. Depending on where you position the coffee maker on your counter, it can make a difference in ease of preparation. This is the best coffee pot I have owned. Love it!!!!

Gets the job done with ease.
Hamilton Beach flex brew works as expected. I had to make a few purchases to get all the parts but it works as advertised for brewing a carafe or a cup. Kcups fit perfectly. The brew timer however only works on the carafe. You can not set a timer for the single cup serving. The only complaint would be brew time on the carafe side. This is my second one. I love that I can make a full pot or a single cup of coffee. I can use my brand of coffee in the single serve and don’t have to buy expensive pods. Just what I was looking for.
This coffee machine is very easy to run. What I do love about it is u can use k-cups or ground coffee, and I've never had a coffee machine that make the coffee so hot. Some other one's I've used the coffee came out warm and I'd have to microwave it to get it as hot as I like it. Oh ya I more thing the brewing option is also a great option.
