A delightful "must see" animated movie for all Judy Garland fans!
It may seem a bit dated to young adults because of the graphics, but to older adults it , it harkens back to a simpler time, without being boring. I am a Judy Garland fan so I had to have this in my collection of DVDs! The music is wonderful and the vivid style of art is very unique. It got very good critical reviews but was not successful at the box office so this little film has flown under the radar for many years.

Hilarious film
An excellent animated film, with lots of visual treats & jokes related to late 19C French art movements. It was good when I first saw it 55 years ago & it's still a lot of fun.

Confirmed my happy memories of seeing it when I was a child!
The story and animation are "purrfect"! I bought it to reminisce, of course, to the simpler days of my childhood. I "purr-ticularly" liked the black alley cats when they popped out of drain pipes - just so much fun to watch again!
