dented housing
This product must have been dropped from a considerable distance. After opening the box, the Styrofoam insert was in pieces, the parts bag was open with loose parts inside box, and the disposal itself had a very large dent on the bottom edge. The dent is so deep that I am surprised that it actually works, but it does. However, it was supposed to be a new item and not a damaged item.

Perfect Fit, Easy Install
Product was exactly what I needed. This is an exact replica of my broken one. Also, product was made in 2021 so I knew I was receiving a product that was up to date. Perfect fit.

Extremely durable. A literal work horse.
The last 1 I had lasted over 12 years of constant use. these things are the "Hondas" of the disposal world. I highly recommend it.

Economical way to achieve the goal.
Does a good job for soft disposals to work 30 seconds once or twice a day. Just replaced previous one after 15 years of service.

Tried and true
I replaced my 22 year old Badger 5 with a new model. Easy to install, long lasting, quiet, and effective. The fact that the last one lasted over 20 years was enough of a selling point for me.

I am replacing my Badger 1, it lasted 8 years. Never had a problem until it just hummmms and doesn't turn. It was not stuck, just not spinning. Worked good for 8 years.
