We strongly encourage all buyers to make enquiries regarding the item and to verify postage costs before committing to a purchase.
If you are dissatisfied with the associated postage fee, you are welcome to collect the item from our facility or arrange your own courier. Kindly contact us in advance to coordinate this.
If you are uncertain whether the part is suitable for your vehicle, please consult your local dealer’s parts department. Provide them with your vehicle registration and our part number, and they will advise accordingly.
Please note, we cannot accept liability for parts ordered in error. In such cases, a restocking fee may apply, and outbound shipping costs will be deducted. We recommend reviewing our Returns Policy for full details.

All prices displayed include VAT at the prevailing UK rate of 20%.
A PDF VAT invoice will be emailed to you following each purchase.

📦 TRANSIT DAMAGE & INSURANCE POLICY
All parts must be thoroughly inspected for transit damage upon arrival, before signing for delivery.
We regret that we cannot refund or exchange any items that are signed for as being in good condition but later found to be damaged.
Standard national and international insurance cover (up to £50) is included in the postage and packaging fee.
If you require enhanced insurance cover for a higher value, please contact us before placing your order for a tailored quote.
🚚 DELIVERY & RE-DELIVERY POLICY
If an item is dispatched and the recipient is unable to accept delivery, the parcel will be returned to us.
Should a re-delivery be required, the customer will be responsible for payment of the applicable delivery charge before the goods are re-shipped.

- All shipping costs are non-refundable, unless expressly authorised.
- We are unable to guarantee delivery times, as these are subject to courier schedules and external factors beyond our control.
