The Blue Lagoon
This movie was worth watching. The cinematography and musical score was excellent and story line and actors were very good.

Magical Lagoon.
So, like everyone else my age, I was not allowed to see this as a kid. Now, 38 years later, it is the tamest, most Swiss Family Robinson adventure you can possibly imagine. However. The tears will start. This film is beautiful, wonderful, magical and an overwhelming emotional escape. The reasons why I had to "pray" for those involved at Catholic school in 1980 still does not make sense. This film is abosolutely wonderful. Brooke and Chris are lovely and so sweet - there is nothing "scandalous" or upsetting - it is pure coming-of-age which will leave you in tears and reaching for the gin.

The movie was full length and faithful to the original "Blue Lagoon"
The original movie has been edited so many times, I was looking for the movie in its original configuration. No censoring!

The acting is sub par but the scenery is beautiful. Just like cast away.
