Best color film made . Extremely fine grain rich color
If you use film for its getter and detail you can't beat Kodak's Ektar 100! Constantly beats my 24 meg digital. On well exposed negatives I can get 16x20 prints of fine quality. Great Pictures
I have using Ektar 100 for about 2 years. The results have always been fantastic. I have a very good 35mm camera and a very good DSLR. I have compared the results from both. Hands down the film results are much better that the digital photos that I have shot. For example, I put both cameras on a tripod, one after the other, and took the same photo. Compared side by side the Ektar results are clearer, more colorful, and of better quality. While I don't consider this a downside the only difference is with film the result is not immediate. Packing Issue
