Glad I found this PS3 on ebay. a brand new PS3 is hard to find these days, most of them are just refurbished consoles. My old one was a PS3 Slim, this one is a Super Slim. my old one (bought in 2012) was functional but the fans became too loud. the problem subsided after I took it apart and de-dusted the insides. but then the loud fan noise came back. there were still some PS3 games I own I wanted to beat and I read up on the PS4. No PS3 backwards compatibility, no 4K video or gaming, so I just went with another PS3.
