Been There, Done That and Keep going Back!
I've been using Metamucil for years! And I can tell you from the experience, it is the best fiber supplement. We often don't get enough in our diets alone, and may need some help. If you are loose, or too tight, it helps with regularity and consistency. It's a psyllium fiber, not just an additive that can only be used for a short period of time. It's good

Metamucil Works
