I purchased a DVD set of The Beatles "Get Back" documentary but I received a Blu-Ray version by mistake. I sent an email requesting a refund and had a reply back in less than an hour. He admitted they sent the wrong set, and promised to send me the correct one asap. He did just that. Three days later, the DVD's were delivered. I had recently got screwed by two other sellers. First purchase here with a DVD box set that is in mint condition, good value, discs are of new condition and quality. Thrilled to have found this series to watch over again. The appearance of the box and inside sleeves that hold discs is faslawless. Item exactly as described. Shipping fast and a couple days early. Would buy again. I did my part, I paid the full amount for the item, The email said the item was delivered. but NO ITEM WAS DELIVERED, I was literally waiting beside my front door when the email said it was delivered. But I never saw a postal carrier. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER. I requested a refund, seller was unmoved .
