Unfortunately because it was shipped internationally the item was opened via eBay or customs. This is no fault of the seller but has been a huge headache. The value of the item was fair, the quality (before it was opened) was great, but having to jump through these loops has left a sour taste in my mouth. If you ship new sealed items internationally be careful! The seller was nice but deferred the issue to eBay.
