A complete waste of money and time waiting for its arrival.
When I replaced the cartridges yesterday, the printer would not align. After many attempts at trying to correct the issue, I removed the black cartridge #36 which continued to stick in it's holder. The printer then worked using only the color mode. However, the color is very light even when on the darkest setting. The black cartridge is obviously a dud and the color cartridge appears dried out. Outstanding Price, Quality Could Be Better!
The price is OUTSTANDING and the packaging is Brand New. However, the COLOR cartridge, number 37, did not align properly and did not have accurate blue and yellow tints. Lexmark #37 ink
I was disappointed in the colored in I purchased. The red was very dark color and not like the color I am used to. I put it in my computer and am using it anyway because I needed color ink. "Hurt my heart"
