While the item is in good condition with minimum signs of wear and use, it is obviously used. Placing an item back into its original box doesn't make it "new." This is a small point, but it is annoying when people do not provide an accurate description. In this case, it is of small consequences as the item works fine after all the dead batteries were replaced. And yes, the vendor did mention that the batteries were dead.

Package arrived dirty and it was taped kind of strange so obviously damaged in transit. Because dress was enclosed securely in another bag inside mailing bag it did not fall out and possibly get lost. Good Job of packaging. And the price was great and the wait was worth it. Thank You!
