only works for a few workouts, not sturdy
The price was very affordable, especially for the ammount of bands it came with. However, these resistance bands roll up, pinch, and stick to my leggings. I couldnt really get through my workouts and the material wasnt comfortable. I would recommend these ONLY for squats and glute bridges but for other workouts they didnt seem to work for me. I think this product is good for beginner, low intensity workouts and a cheap alternative compared to other products but I dont see these working well and lasting in the long run.

Use in class
I am taking an exercise class where we use resistance bands frequently. These bands are quality made and because of the different types of bands that are in the package they are good to use from a beginner all the way up to a professional.it come with light resistance all the way up to heavy resistance. I received them in a very short time after I ordered them.

Amazing !
I bought bands through somewhere else and only came with 4. This is a set of 5. These go from extra light to extra heavy and they all serve a great purpose. I thought because of the cheap price they would break in no time but I’ve had them for a few months and still going ! Since the heavy band has gotten loose I just double it up even triple it by using light medium and heavy at the same time. Def recommend !

Cheap at home gym straps!!!
Very satisfied with these straps---easy to use---easy to do a quality workout at home---have a wife with legs strength issue---feel safe in using these straps for helping to improve her leg strength----very good for every age level as we are in our 70's----if a young person started using these straps in no time they would for sure feel and see the good results!!!

Good quality and economic bands
The bands are perfect, they are strong, they do slip a little but its no big deal. Also the extra light is way too light so I would say use the light one and medium. They are good quality and work great!

These are great for the price
I ordered on a Thursday and received my items on a Sunday. Came only 3 days after it shipped, I live in CT and it was shipped from NJ so that’s definitely why it was so fast. Nonetheless I was happy. Getting the package I realized that the only one that would be of use to me is the Extra Heavy. It’s not as “heavy” as you’d think. The yellow color one doesn’t even fit on my legs, it’s too thin/big/stretchy for me because I’m 114 pounds so not much leg circumference to work with. But I do highly recommend this products. I will be using it in my everyday routine.

Good choice if you are tall
For small people these bands are a little bit long so they don't work so well, they start to work or make resistance when you have made a big movement already, so they work perfect on people higher than 5' 6" . They have different resistance and they are well identify.

Too lite for me
I like the fact that they are different resistance , the light one would be perfect for beginners , personally I like the heavy resistance for every exercise I do

Great bands for building core muscles especially if you're disabled and bed bound.
I only wish they were much longer so I could use them got my legs. They come from Physical Therapy, they let you decide how long each one is. This is my biggest COMPLAINT.
