The only let down with these scales are that they are extremly hard to work out, and a proper manual with esy to follow instructions would be welcome as it is very hard to understand. Puting it together was the easiest part, and weighing even better. I just hope that the weight is accurate as i bought it for weighing luggage. Seller responded promptly and sent a replacement. Easy peasy. But it didn't work! This time the seller went out of their way to test the horn before sending and, again, posted promptly. Seller went to all this trouble for a low value item, communicated quickly at every stage and has saved me a problem with my work Secret Santa. Exceptional service in every respect.
