Divided into seven similarly organized chapters, each volume delivers detailed information about the history, organization, missions, job possibilities, basic training, weapons, equipment, and special operations of each branch. Color photos of people in action, short biographies of key men and women in the organization's history, and sidebars provide interest and variety.
