The item arrived within a week of ordering on June 28 and came July 4. The quality right out of the box was on par with my original grill. The glossy finish was exactly what I wanted. There was no damage as the grill was delievered in perfect new condition. For the price, this was an absolute deal. Considering the OEM costs $300 and this was just over $50. As for the appearance, check the photos.
