Not very convincing.
Two rather purposeless characters looking for relief from suffering neither particularly has. I saw no life goals nor challenges much beyond struggles with what to eat or listen to. The reviews are much better than the so-so content. Maybe the English school system muddles things for me, but I don't think that explains the overall weak characters. On the other hand, a brilliant job of going with the sex-gender flow except, sadly, for not being non-binary multi racial.
