  Product as described but seller lies about postage. Firstly not posting promptly, then claiming that parcel was tracked and providing false information about where the parcel was. Then after a week of the tracking number not working it was revealed that the parcel was in fact untracked and it's location couldn't be determined. Then there was multiple claims of urging or prompting the 'courier' to deliver the untracked package quickly. Ridiculous customer service.

  Product was delivered in a timely fashion, however it was not what I had ordered. I still used and u fortunately broke the unit as it was not what I needed. Contacted seller, not looking for any outcome but just to let them know the issue and that I had since broken it so was unable to return. The seller was very generous and helpful. The product failure was entirely my fault but the seller was very helpful. Will use them again and recommend to all

  All good thanks- very well packed in sealed aluminium foil- the only thing not quite right was the black plastic spool was not marked in any way to identify what type of welding wire it was - the photo shows a small white paper sticker with information- mine missed out so hope I receive the wire I paid for
