However, the box was completely covered with parcel tape, and internally there was so much shrinkwrap around the item it took ages to cut and pull it free, and the item required rubbing down to remove the sweaty feel to it. Simple bubblewrap or foam packing would much improve this aspect of the buyer experience. Happy customer otherwise and would recommend the item itself.

The brass is robust enough for use and it works!!! BUT oh, the taxes I had to pay… not the seller's issue, they were fab. Not only was there VAT, which I was expecting, but extras on top, all from UK systems, so in the end, I had to pay one third extra on top of the purchase price. I'm mentioning this to warn other buyers but again, emphasising it's nothing to do with the seller. The carnyx is 💜18 Gauge Full Brass Medieval Celtic Deskford Carnyx Fully Playable Sound Gift (Nr. 387996263777)
