Amazingly good for such an old version
Peter Cushing is amazing in this made for tv abridged drama. I think for young people it’s a very good introduction to the story and I personally am very glad I invested in a copy. Don’t make the mistake of thinking it’s not scary or unsettling because like the story is meant to be it is and becoming a reality in this woke society were free speech isn’t totally free any longer. A story we should all watch every ten years as a reminder of what can happen when the state dictates everything for our so called good. Films such as V or Equilibrium have definitely sprouted from 1984. So if you liked them you’ll love this one.

Great stuff, warning from the past, that has come to pass today and now nearly of it be true
perfect condition, quick delivery............... peter cushing, 1984........... broadcast in1954 a BBC TV play............ when nothing was as it is today........... today, look out my window and watch the1984 book, being played out in the real world....... I bought it because soon, no one might be able too anymore
