It was heavily used, downright nasty, covered in what looked to be food smears, the manual had food stuck between the pages and handwriting inside. This is NOT open box. This is heavily used. Worth the price paid, but a little care in preparing items going out would be appreciated. Gross

The shipping cost was steep, but I still ended up with a good deal under 100$ for a high quality tablet.

I expected some type of flaw, but the condition seems to be 100% perfect. I’m glad I took the gamble to purchase it as it was a returned item, but the value was too good to pass up. The overall appearance of it is perfect I can’t find any visual or internal issues as of yet. The vendor was polite and answered all of my questions and concerns almost immediately. The package got here fast and there was no issues.
