Natural Psyllium!
I've been using this for years. My doctor recommended Metamucil, and when I had used up my first lot, I went to a pharmacy to replace it, and saw Nusyllium on the shelf. I liked that it didn't have artificial sweetener so thought I'd try it. I really liked it. It does the job of keeping me regular.
