That seller only replied, "Don't worry, it will get there". Same thing here - no help from seller. This time, the delay was only two days, no big deal, not a month late. Gauge was like new and a couple hundred bucks less expensive than a new one. Packaging was great and once gauge arrived it was installed and is now working without issue. These guys were understanding and quick to respond when I let them know I hadn’t received the base. They shipped another one out using UPS and I received it in time for my fishing trip. A++++++ for these guys
