It was packed well and included an invoice (which I appreciate greatly) from the supplier/seller Toynk.com. Contact with the seller was essentially unnecessary after purchase as I received the shipping &/or tracking info quickly once the purchase was completed. The Starship replica was just as described "new & mib". Hopefully they will offer more of the larger similarly sized Starship replicas for relatively reasonable amounts at around the same price point.
