Excellent Scottish Cookbook!
The Recipes of the Highlands and Islands of Scotland: A Classic Scottish Cookbook is an excellent cookbook to add to my collection of Scottish Cookbooks. I like the fact that the recipes are authentic Scottish fare. I'm sure it will be used frequently and for sure read from cover to cover!

Great recipes
I really enjoy this cookbook. It is very interesting and informative. Some cookbooks have just a few recipes but this book has a lot. Great value
