It arrived well on time but I realised the charging base was missing from the kit although it was advertised in the discription when I ordered it. It came with a normal wall charger but I specifically ordered this because it included the charging base which other Boblov sellers did not include. I contacted the Boblov Factory Store and told them of my dilema and they instantly apologised and informed me that they would send a charging base immediately to make up the kit.
