Walls and Base are Ready-assembled, the Roof is a perfect fit, but is removable so as to gain access for detailing inside. All is very sturdy made. Just a tiny amount of Flash to remove from the Window Cut-outs. I will paint the Window Frames & Door White. New Condition. Great Value. Well Packaged and Good Postage.
