Does the job
Same item as at Ace hardware for 2/3 the price. Made alignment and installation of deadbolt into the undrilled steel shell door pretty simple. I did need to use a vise and an adjustable wrench to remove the 2 1/8" hole saw after use so I could install the 1" hole saw to make the second cut. If you follow the directions carefully this kit really makes the installation much easier.

Happy Happy Happy...
Once it was attached and anchored with two screws it's pretty hard to mess this up. I like the option for either wood or metal doors. The router for the lock plate put it over the top. I've never done this before and it looked great. A good sharp wood chisel set is a must.

Great feature for the price
Have used it on two doors and so far for the price it is a great purchase. Would probably not last if used every day. But for the money this is a must and very easy to use.

Excellent Kit !
Excellent product. I had to hang 8 interior doors in a short period of time, this installation kit made it fast and easy.

Good quality and more extras
I used works like a charm;but the tool to make the deadbolt is plastic so it broke needs to be a metal one.Everything else is good quality.

Great tool.
When I got it in the mail the package was destroyed but everything was there and tool is great. So I guess just check to see if everything works and is not damaged before you complain because things happen.

Left wanting
Haven't used it yet. The "router bit" is disappointing, it is more a bit for a rotors tool. I expected a quarter or half inch shank. Otherwise I would have given a higher rating.
