This was already sorted and customer is all good later on. Thanks

I don’t understand how they think this is acceptable. They first offered to send a converter which has still not arrived 2 weeks later. Then they offered a partial refund so I could buy one myself but that hasn’t been processed either. Very poor customer service

It looks unblemished, works well and, I am told, was a fair price. It was delivered , very well packaged, within a couple of days of placing the order. For someone, like me, who wants a computer for simple email, website browsing, unsophisticated number crunching etc, I unhesitatingly recommend an older MacBook Air .
