Communication is excellent, they held my delivery back for me as I had to go out of town and after contacting them when back it was delivered 2 days later. The 280ah battery very well boxed and had a good manual/information paper work with it. Have charged battery and have started to use all good so far. The quality and value of the battery is is excellent. Would recommend this battery and company.

Within hours, yes same day as placing the order I've been notified that it had shipped it was here within four days. For the significant discount listed in the price I figured I was going to have to put up with poor quality. That was not the case at all The aluminum, including the welds and this item are very high quality. It was shipped undamaged and the mounting hardware appears to be all stainless steel screws and bolts.
