The Tudor oak finish looks fantastic if you’re after a dark brown, rustic style. It has an antique feel without looking worn or scruffy – a perfect balance. Delivery was slightly delayed, but the seller provided clear and helpful updates explaining the reason, which was much appreciated. Overall, a very positive experience – highly recommended!

Then, when I requested a cancellation, they came up with several excuses as to why they still hadn't shipped, yet refused to cancel the order. Instead, as if by magic, shipping on the last day to issue a refund. By then, I'd asked for one 4 days prior. It was only after eBay stepped in they gave one. Those "shipped" items never did arrive. Funny that. Slow, ignorant and refusing simple requests.
