Shipping and packing ingredients especially was on point can't ask for much more plus being kind goes along way I accessories them of putting in the box...there was same size weight everything box half taped at 4am I "cut" open and pretty much said they sent ne nothing. I apologized and they understood like kind people. Thanks again and very sorry. Highly recommended
