Finally my USPS contacted me to p/u package. Charge was $10.15. I contacted seller and after many conversations he refunded money for ice trays and never responded to my paying for shipping. USPS said it was a scam!! Beware of this seller. Still looking for my shipping charges. Also, picture shows a bucket to dump ice in! None was in my package. Scam!!

There was a problem with the package being delivered, which was on the USPS side, NOT THE SELLER. Took several days but our local post office got it straightened up. Seller offered to take care of the problem but thankfully the cables showed up this morning .Thank you for the great service.

Thank you! PS: The Chaser works great and with the two settings it has longer range than our old one did. So in my humble opinion, the item is better than described! Great value, looks nice, arrived well packaged and in perfect condition!!
