    This item got stuck at a USPS office. The seller was going to ship me a replacement but I did a stupid thing at the same time. I inadvertently submitted a dispute which I thought was just eBay helping with me with a shipping problem. The seller refunded the full price. I apologized to the seller for my gaff. The seller was great.

    The item seemed to have gotten lost in shipping. Not by any fault of their efforts. They responded to my queries about the item. The offered suggestions to locate and get the item moving through the post office. I tried to contact post office to locate with no luck. I told them that and they refunded my item. They offer great customer service

It was seven days from order placement to shipping but you can't be critical of a seller that does exactly what they promise. The picture of the product does not match the product delivered but the ingredients are the same.

    Maybe its great

    I am sure that this is an excellence product...I have used Sarna for years I ordered what I thought was the Sarna original I received the Sensitive Sarna . I read the Active ingredients the original Sarna has Camphor and Menthol in it and I have used without a problem and great results . Reading the ingredients on the Sensitive Sarna it's active ingredient is Pramoxine hydrochloride I didn't want to try the Sensitive because the lotions are expensive and wanted to exchange it for the original. When I wrote to the seller I was told I got what I ordered. So I thought in that case I would try it. I did and comparing to the original it reacted very differently on my skin. I ended up giving my 3 bottles away,and purchased the original lotion. If I had very sensitive skin I would not be ...

    Sarna Lotion

    I have extremely dry and itching skim due to lupus. I have tried all of the lotion at the drug stores and big box stores without a whole lot of relieve. I thought it was time to get serious, research and put some money toward the issue-I found Sarna for itching and sensitive skin. I paid triple for it and it only was the 7.5 oz bottles. It did not relieve the itching any better than the cheaper brands I had used before so no I won’t be purchasing it again.

    Great stuff,

    If You have constant problems with winter dry skin itching and breakouts this is the lotion top use. This source is reliable and well priced.

    Will stop the itch

    Great for itchy skin and bug bites. Not greasy but smells a little funky at first but smell goes away after a couple of minutes.
