    Dr. Phil, the great problems solver.

    Dr. Phil calls it like it is. He makes it clear that doing something for good intentions" isn;\'t enough, there must be good outcomes too or good money just gets thrown after bad. He has a good grasp on the problems and has offered up good solutions too. A a mental health professional myself I'd say he is right on....
