Asked for either the item I bought or a refund of the difference in cost (as I'm not picky). Refund was sent same day. The player itself is in great condition and functions as new. No issues with charger. Both items were wrapped very well to keep them safe during shipping. Keep in mind, my player arrived in Japanese mode. I assumed it would, but not everyone will be aware. There are several YouTube videos on how to change to English.

- 5***h (3)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letztes JahrBestätigter Kauflado positivo: el producto 10/10, el precio excelente. el tiempo de envío corto aprox. 2 semanas en donde estoy. pd en LATAM. lado negativo: el vendedor no te avisa de antemano del tipo de envío(que lo dejo a cuenta propia o correo abierto) lo que uno tiene que pagarlo en mi caso fue por fedex 100 dólares extra por el correo. y no te dicen cuánto ha sido usado la batería. si puedes pagar un extra mejor comprarlo nuevo en Amazon al menos tendrás garantía.

Respecto al envío, hubo una demora aproximada de 10 días en la entrega y se me cobró un monto de MXN$728 por la importación (México), situación especificada claramente en la descripción del producto y envío. It did however take a while to ship, I ordered it on 10/21, it shipped on 12/3, and delivered on 12/5. For the price of this camera, I really can’t complain about the shipping, especially since it was already stated in the description of the item. Whenever I had questions, the seller replied within 24 hours every time, usually within 12 too.
