I messaged them asking about shipping and they replied within 48hrs, saying the item would be shipped by 03/31 or before (which was around 2 or 3 weeks from the day of purchase) They shipped the item a few days before the 31st and then only took a couple days to be delivered. Very nice box and beautiful necklace (stamped F 1/20 14K Turkey - as advertised) Other than the wait for shipping, good experience and nice item.
