Instead I was sent some made by a different manufacturer. I informed them and they said it was because they were out of stock of the Arofol ones! They offered me the choice of returning them at their expense or 30% off. I accepted the 30% as a compromise which was paid very promptly. I will check beforehand with them to ensure that I get what I want.

There was a problem with this order insomuch it got lost at the couriers office so didn't arrive on time. I got in touch with the seller who sorted this out within half an hour, sending me a replacement item which arrived promptly. The test of a great seller is how they respond when things don't go to plan. Globe packaging were excellent in their response and I would highly recommend for their quality of customer service and communication.
