    Brand new Simplisafe outdoor camera arrived in excellent condition and worked the first time out of the box. It was priced very competitively and the seller was prompt with shipping the item. Thisis the third camera I’ve bought from this seller. The first was perfect like this one. The second one arrived in a badly damaged carton from the US postal service. The video unit worked but the sound module was defective. The seller made the return simple and painless and promptly refunded my payment.

    New Camera works great!

    This was an open unused outdoor camera. Still had protective cover over screen. SImpliSafe has a new version. This one matches my old version, which is no longer available from SS. It worked fine and all parts were included. SS sells the outdoor power cord (or solar charging system) and charger separately. I will be ordering it, but it will work with any Micro-USB cord. This product works just as good as those directly from SS. I purchased an indoor camera from another source and had to send it back because it was used and had been registered to another SS account so they would not allow it to connect. The outdoor camera was not registered, so it connected to my system without issue.

    Good to excellent quality mechanically but has cosmetic failings. It will require replacement on the sale of our home.

    Takes getting used to in terms of navigation for settings. I would give SS five stars across the board if the web site had full capabilities of the phone app. It is difficult to see the screens from detection on a phone while on a large screen they shine.

    Good camera

    Unboxed, charged battery and installed in the rear of the house. Video quality is top notch and the battery level hasn’t moved after 1 week, even with our dog running around the back yard. Would recommend

    Easily add additional outdoor camera

    this is the 3rd outdoor Simplysafe camera I have added. The down side is that the camera must be able to STAY CONNECTED to your wifi. I was not able to mount the camera where I wanted and had to settle for a less optimum location
