I’m not sure if I received a demo or display model as the box had been opened & it was pretty battered, although the phones & components were as new, however the leads were just wrapped around themselves with no ties, the batteries were in the phone & charged with no plastic tab. These are observations not complaints, they were good value for money & as stated work fine.
