I am puzzled, though, because I ordered, and expected to receive, what you described: "100% Organic Greek Hawthorn Leaves And Flowers Loose Herbal Tea." Instead of the "Leaves and Flowers", we received a package of "Hawthorn Dried Leaves & BERRIES". The bag is mostly BERRIES, and we needed the Leaves -- not the Berries. Did you send us the wrong product? Otherwise, everything went very well.

I just was expecting much more hawthorn because I didn't realize it was grams and not kilograms. So be ware of the differences in European measurements as opposed to US. As for Quality, I must say it's very fragrant. But it was packaged well, even got a bug or two in the sealed packages as well.I also received Oregano grated leaf and Camomile flowers.

Packing was professional. it was as described and color was as pictured. It was a good value and i would buy from the seller, again. I use floral oregano for cooking, not just the leaves (per the cook books of Jaime Oliver).
