Item is clearly fake when you inspect the packaging and when using Apple's serial number check, the serial number on the packaging comes up as 'item that has previously been replaced' (i.e. is no longer in circulation). I'm amazed you can continue to get away with this. I managed to get a refund but a huge waste of time and energy posting these out only to return them.
