Since moving they just dump the toilet rolls in the lobby of my new place. Not classed as a safe place as anyone can walk off with them. There's no reason to why it can't be delivered to my door as my block has a working lift and the block only has too floors. Overall I've never been disappointed with seller. 10 out of 10 every time and value for money. 3ply quality. 👍

But it does have a quilted pattern and it is 3 ply, so it's soft and strong in all the right ways for its "purpose". I bought 72 rolls, and at less than 32p a roll it's absolutely great value. It arrived very quickly and was packaged really well. I have no regrets and I'd gladly buy again at this price.

However, having established the reason for non delivery we contacted the seller who was very apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault, and refunded our payment the same day.
