It is a good phone, the keys work perfectly and the unit seems very reliable even in our fringe reception. I had to consult with the shipper to resolve some initial snags getting it to work with Consumer Cellular and had to information for their access point. And I have to refer to the user manual occasionaly because I am tech challenged. but I am getting it and am now quite pleased with the phone. It is so much better than CC flips

It turnout it was not the phone but the SIM card was bad, my carrier sent a new one and the phone now works great! I would definitely order from them again. Shipping was quick and phone was just as discribed
