When I tracked the item and then contacted the seller, they said they would help but did almost nothing till I put in a claim with Ebay. 3 days later = surprise surprise - it quickly arrived!!! Item itself is Ok, what I wanted and seems fit for purpose [I haven't actually fitted yet]. Maybe the seller needs to find a different freight method or company?

Terrible customer service would not recommend this seller to anyone.

But only 3 days from the day the seller stated they'd would be sending it out.
